Create Caterers is Philip & Desiree Dorwart.  Philip likes to bring exotic ingredients into his cooking and present them in a way that won’t intimidate his customers; incorporating delicacies such as truffles and foie gras into everyday dishes. They have over 25 years of fine dining restaurant experience and many awards to their credit such as "Best New Restaurant", "Best Seafood" and "Restaurateur of the Year 2002". Gayle is the award winning Hopkins Schools Culinary Arts Teacher. Her students created our dinner for last year's event and they are are now looking forward to working with Gayle to create unique decedent desserts for each individual table.

Dance the night away to the musical stylings of Trailer Trash! (open bar)
Trailer Trash has enjoyed its fair share of Twin Cities musical history. They have found themselves performing at Jesse Ventura’s Inaugural Ball at the Target Center, playing a Vikings game on a showmobile stage in 6 degree weather, and entertaining at the Gay Pride Parade on Hennepin Avenue. The band has provided the soundtrack to many Twin Cities courtships and wedding receptions. Somewhere in that time, the group racked up six or seven Minnesota Music Awards, appeared in two movies, and put out four albums. (www.trailertrashmusic.com)
