Winter Warm Wear Drive

The program is for children from newborn to age 18. Our Community Drive begins in October and lasts until November 14th. However we do accept these donations all year round.

What we need:

  • New or gently used winter jackets,
  • New or gently used snow pants,
  • New or gently used boots
  • New hats
  • New waterproof mittens or gloves

Support the Winter Warm Wear program

  • Don’t like to shop, or don’t have the time? Our volunteers love to shop! Donate now through our secure online site. You can also make a donation in someone’s name to the Winter Warm Wear program, and they will receive a note informing them of your thoughtful gift.
  • Become a drop site. Collect winter warm wear at work, church, through your civic organization, or in your neighborhood.
  • Look through your closet! Gently used items in good condition can be donated.
  • Buy a spare. When you purchase new items for your child, buy an extra item to donate.
  • Turn your party into a collection opportunity! Instead of exchanging gifts, have everyone bring a winter warm wear item to donate.
  • Volunteer. We need volunteers to buy, sort, and distribute clothing for this program.

Thank you to the local supporters who are hosting our collection barrels in 2011:
