Meet our Staff Members:
Judy Elling, MSW, LGSW – Executive Director Judy has a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s degree in social work specializing in program development, policy, and administration. Judy has a passion for the work we do, as she herself used to utilize programs like ours. She has strong management, communication, and people skills which assist her in maintaining current collaborations and cultivating new partnerships. judy@resourcewest.org
Barbara Brooks – Starfish Coordinator Barb has been with ResourceWest for four years and is an important piece of what we strive to give to the community. She has a rich and diverse background in the social service arena: Phillips Family Housing, Resident Services Counselor, STRIDE/MFIP Case Manager, and Job Placement Coordinator. She is well versed in the services provided by other organizations and is respected by clients and professionals who use our resources. barb@resourcewest.org
Rosemaris Campos – Administrative Assistant (Spanish bilingual) Rosemaris joined ResourceWest in January 2008 and has become a vital point of contact for our Hispanic community. She is a strong administrative support person, but also brings with her the knowledge and understanding of what it is like to be new to the country and language, which has increased the number of ESL clients we serve. rosemaris@resourcewest.org
Joyce Kurus– Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant Joyce joined ResourceWest in August 2010 and is the first point of contact for community. She is deeply rooted in our community and always has a welcoming smile for everyone who comes through our doors.
